BIO

Ben Bryant obtained his degree in 2003 from Texas A&M University-Commerce, but now spends most of his time in Dallas. Ben can be seen in multiple elements of theatrical production across Dallas, from acting to construction to sweeping up after read throughs. Recent roles include Actor Three in The Dining Room at Contemporary Theatre of Dallas, Sweeney in Dealer’s Choice for Theatre Quorum and Pa Ingalls in for Dallas Children’s Theater’s A Laura Ingalls Wilder Christmas. On the technical end of the spectrum, Ben has extensive experience as an electrician and board op, and can be seen rewiring something regularly at the Undermain Theatre.

Ben first worked with Shane-Arts in early 2005, where he played Arlecchino in Commedia Dell’Carte’s Commedia Dell’ Shakespeare at the Dallas Hub Theater and The History of Drama at the 2005 Festival of Independent Theatres. He has since gone on to perform singing telegrams and has most recently designed lights for the Hub’s production of The Rover.

He lives in his native Greenville with his family and a cat named Jumper.
