From all my experience, something we might have taken for granted is your accessibility to Tim and the team. Whatever your preferred mode of communication is whether that be a text message, Email, phone call, face to face meeting in person or online you can get in touch with the real human that knows you and your business and story. We do NOT do time consuming trouble tickets, frustrating phone trees and while other team members may be invited to the call you often get to talk to the same person. We do not burn through salespeople.
While Tim was in the hospital last July the team kept everything running, but a few clients that wanted access to him got it and Tim was thrilled to connect. “I am fortunate in that I love what we do, even on the challenging days. I had time and resources and was happy to do what I could.” Tim Says.
Recently one of the chat users did not disclose their identity when they asked a question on our website. We take your privacy seriously and communicating through our chat features (Which is also something we can do for your company and brand) Tim realized that many current clients have been on for years.
