Questions to consider when Choosing A Creative Partner

  • Do you require an annual or quarterly contract?
  • What are the terms of the agreement and how do we part ways if that day comes?.
  • Who owns the Intellectual Property IP (Website, Scripts, Funnels) if we part ways?
  • Who will actually be working on my project, campaign or show?  (Many times companies will have a smooth talking salesperson land the deal and the fulfillment is outsourced to people who do not know who the sales perosn is or what they said creating a disconnect between the team and the client 
  • Who will be my primary contact?  Who are you talking to?  Do they have authority to make changes or accountability to keep their promises?  Can you trust them to pick up the phone if you have questions or concerns?
  • Where can I verify their experience and expertise?
  • Who will have access to my brand, data and back end?
  • What are your credentials and qualifications?
